Shades

A painting so perfect, with sly imperfections
Appeasing the eyes, with varied reflections

A sense of concord, assures the bleached canvas

A speck of trepidation, avers the bittersweet hues

The red streak mounting the jitters of turmoil
The blue streak letting the hopes entoil

A pinch of ambiguity, reveals the dark shades

Receding the qualms, as into gray it fades
Rising endurance, gives the purple tint

The green hues spreading the optimistic glint

Different shades, different strokes

Tones of life donned in various cloaks

A painting still so perfect, with sly imperfections
Appeasing the eyes, with varied reflections.

Are you talking about the brain ? or your state of mind ?

    1. Probably a manifestation of how my brain perceives each color. It is an attempt to portray the analogy between a simple colorful painting and the various emotions that go through a human mind.
